- founded in 1924
- production of domestic glass and panel window glass between 1924 and 1944
- production of flat hand-moulded glass between 1945 and 1947
- change of production profile in 1947 - production of glass packages
- launch of production of flat technical glass, in the 1970' s production of stained glass
- the 1960' s - production of headlights
- 1993 - the company changed its status and became Glassworks Ltd., with 100% of shares owned by Krosno Capital Group
- in the 1990' s the scope of production covered also pressed domestic glass
